Most joinery businesses in Yorkshire don't need a workshop every day — they need one intensely, in bursts: the week before a kitchen install, the run-up to a big fitted job, the batch-cutting day for a shopfitting contract. Renting a unit year-round for burst usage is dead money. Renting our workshop for exactly those days isn't.
A proper joinery setup, not a bare unit
Empty industrial units still leave you to provide the expensive part. Here the machine line is in and ready: commercial panel saw for accurate, repeatable sheet cutting; edge bander for factory-finish edges; dust extraction and compressed air plumbed throughout; joiner's benches and assembly tables big enough to dry-fit complete runs before install day.
Typical rentals
- One day — break down and edge a full kitchen's carcass material
- Two or three consecutive days — cut, edge, assemble and finish a complete fitted job, leaving everything set up overnight
- A standing weekly day — your regular machining day, block-booked and invoiced monthly

The workshop is in Burley in Wharfedale, West Yorkshire — well placed for Leeds, Bradford, Ilkley, Otley, Keighley, Skipton and Harrogate, and worth the drive from further out for the machine line alone. Trade and business customers only.
