What we collect and why
Booking requests. When you request a booking we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the dates requested and any notes you add. We use this to manage your booking — checking availability, confirming or declining, sending confirmation and reminder emails, and contacting you about your booking if we need to. The lawful basis is taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
Enquiries. If you email, call or WhatsApp us, we use your details to respond. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in dealing with enquiries.
Website analytics. If analytics are enabled, we collect anonymised usage information (pages visited, how you found us) via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, as described in the cookie policy below. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website.
Where your data lives
Booking data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (our website and booking system host). Emails are sent through SMTP2GO. Analytics data, where enabled, is processed by Google and Microsoft. These providers act as processors on our behalf and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK adequacy decisions.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties for their marketing, and we don't send you marketing ourselves unless you've asked for it.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for up to 6 years after the booking (to meet accounting and legal obligations), then deleted. Enquiry correspondence that doesn't lead to a booking is deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our processing, and ask for your data in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the site to work securely and cannot be switched off through this site.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (booking page) — verifies you're a real person when you submit a booking request, protecting the booking system from automated abuse. Turnstile may set a cf_clearance cookie (duration: up to 30 minutes).
- Cloudflare — our hosting provider may set a __cf_bm cookie (duration: 30 minutes) for bot protection across the site.
Analytics cookies
We use analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, and how they found us — so we can improve it. These cookies do not identify you personally to us.
- Google Analytics 4 — sets _ga (2 years) and _ga_* (2 years) to distinguish visitors and sessions. Data is processed by Google. More: Google's cookie policy.
- Microsoft Clarity — sets _clck (1 year), _clsk (1 day) and may use MUID (13 months) to record anonymised usage patterns such as scrolling and clicks. Data is processed by Microsoft. More: Microsoft's privacy statement.
What we don't do
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, we don't sell data, and this site doesn't set cookies of its own beyond those listed above. External links (such as our WhatsApp contact button) take you to third-party services governed by their own policies.
Third-party requests
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers (no cookies are set by this). The booking page loads Cloudflare Turnstile as described above.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time — see your browser's help pages for instructions (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the booking form from working.
