Home / Kitchen Manufacturing Workshop

A kitchen manufacturing workshop by the day

Manufacture kitchen carcasses and components on commercial machinery — and stop paying your board supplier's cut-and-edge premium on every job.

Take kitchen manufacturing back in-house

Most kitchen fitters outsource the manufacturing: boards arrive cut to size and edged from the supplier, with a premium on every panel and a lead time on every order. It works — until a panel's wrong, a customer changes their mind mid-job, or the margin squeeze starts to hurt.

GO Manufacturing lets you manufacture kitchens yourself, without buying the machinery. Book the workshop for a day, break down full sheets on the commercial panel saw, edge every component on the edge bander, and dry-build the run before install week. Your sizes, your schedule, your margin.

A kitchen's worth in a day

A typical fitted kitchen's carcass material — cut, edged and componentised — fits comfortably inside one 7am–7pm booking, usually with time to dry-assemble. Bigger projects or multiple kitchens? Book consecutive days and leave everything set up overnight.

What's here

  • Commercial panel saw — full 8x4 sheets of MFC, MDF and ply, cut square and repeatable
  • Edge bander — ABS and PVC edging with a supplier-quality finish
  • Compressed air, extraction, benches and assembly tables
  • Van loading for getting the finished kit to site

The numbers

£200 + VAT for the day, exclusive use, seven days a week. Compare that with the cut-and-edge premium on a whole kitchen's panels and it usually pays for itself on the first job. Burley in Wharfedale, West Yorkshire — trade only.
