Short term workshop rental, properly short term

Flexible workshop rental measured in days, not years — fully equipped production space when you need it, nothing to pay when you don't.

How short is short term?

Most "short term" commercial lets still mean six or twelve months. Ours means one day. GO Manufacturing is flexible workshop rental at its most literal: book a single day, a run of days, or a recurring weekly day — and pay only for what you book. No lease, no deposit, no dilapidations, no notice period.

Production space, ready to produce

Searching for production space to rent or manufacturing space to rent usually means empty floors. This is the equipped version: 1,330 sq ft of ground-floor machine shop with a commercial panel saw, edge bander, compressed air, dust extraction, benches and assembly tables — exclusively yours for every booked day, £200 + VAT.

When short term rental makes sense

  • Project-based work — a fit-out package, a batch of furniture, a kitchen run
  • Overflow capacity when your own workshop is full or down
  • Bridging — you've outgrown the garage but aren't ready for a lease
  • Testing a new product or service before committing to premises
  • Seasonal peaks — book heavily before Christmas, book nothing in the quiet months

A smarter alternative to a unit

Book a standing weekly or monthly day and you get regular, guaranteed access to a full commercial machine line — without the lease, rates, insurance and machinery costs an industrial unit to rent would bring. For a lot of trades, that covers everything they actually needed a unit for.
